The main function is for sterilization, oil fume purification, sewage treatment, waste gas treatment, etc. The sterilization intensity of the UV lamp is proportional to the radiation intensity of the UV lamp. In order to ensure the disinfection effect of the ultraviolet lamp, the intensity test of the ultraviolet lamp must be carried out to judge whether the quality of the ultraviolet lamp is qualified.
First, install the UV lamp tube on the measuring rack, and instruct to clamp it on the irradiation table at the vertical center position below the lamp tube. The distance between the lamp tube and the irradiation table can be adjusted up and down to achieve the specified irradiation intensity during detection. Turn on the UV lamp, wait for five minutes, the lamp works stably, adjust the intensity of ultraviolet radiation at the center test point of the irradiation table under the lamp according to the intensity indicated by each standard color block on the indicator card. At this time, the illuminance needs to be used for measurement for subsequent irradiation test.
Secondly, during the irradiation test, the discoloration area of the indicator card is irradiated on the measuring frame. Every ten instruction cards are a group, each group is irradiated for one minute, and each intensity is irradiated in three groups, a total of 30 instruction cards. After irradiation, immediately observe the irradiated indicator card with naked eyes and compare the color of the color block in the discoloration area with the corresponding standard color block. At the same time, measure the intensity of ultraviolet radiation with an illuminometer to check with the result of the indicator card. When the coincidence rate between the color block in the discoloration area and the standard color block, and the test result of the indicator card and the test result of the illuminometer all exceed 90%, it can be judged as qualified.
In order to know whether the radiation intensity of the UV tube lamp meets the standard, the radiation intensity of the UV tube lamp should be tested once every six months. According to the technical standard of disinfection, the intensity of ultraviolet radiation should be greater than 70uw/c㎡, if it is lower than 70uw/c㎡, the lamp should be replaced immediately.
