1. Do not irradiate people with ultraviolet germicidal tube source to avoid damage. Ultraviolet rays have a particularly obvious effect on human skin and eyes. When the human body is irradiated for a short time, it will produce skin redness, itching and allergic papules; Long time irradiation will cause serious damage to skin tissue, and sufficient dose of irradiation will even cause skin cancer. Ultraviolet radiation is also very harmful to human eyes. Long term exposure to ultraviolet radiation will lead to cataract and even blindness.
2. When disinfecting the surface of articles with ultraviolet light, the irradiated surface shall be directly irradiated by ultraviolet light, and sufficient irradiation dose shall be achieved. Due to the linear propagation of light, reflection, penetration or absorption will occur when it is blocked by objects. Ultraviolet disinfection requires that the wattage of ultraviolet light lamp per cubic meter of space is ≥ 1.5W, and the irradiation time is generally 30 ~ 60 minutes. It also stipulates that the irradiation intensity of ultraviolet light shall not be less than 70 ū W / cm2, otherwise the sterilization effect is poor or ineffective, and the purpose of disinfection cannot be achieved.
3. In the application, attention should also be paid to the wiping and cleaning of the lamp tube. When the new lamp is used, 75% alcohol gauze can be used to wipe the lamp tube to remove the pollution of dust and oil on the lamp tube. In the process of use, wipe regularly and do a good job in the cleaning of the lamp to avoid affecting the UV transmittance and radiation intensity.
